By accessing and using this service, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. In addition, when using these particular services, you shall be subject to any posted guidelines or rules applicable to such services. Any participation in this service will constitute acceptance of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.
Feminine Genius Ministries website and its components are offered for informational purposes only; this site shall not be responsible or liable for the accuracy, usefulness or availability of any information transmitted or made available via the site, and shall not be responsible or liable for any error or omissions in that information. Use of the digital library does NOT replace the need for individual follow up with a trained instructor. Individual situations may alter the recommended protocols or best practices for maximizing NFP effectiveness.
Internal Uses
We may use your personal information within Feminine Genius Ministries: (1) to provide you with the services and products you request (2) to answer questions about our services; billing, payment methods or use of our website; (3) to process or collect payments for our services, (4) to conduct customer surveys; and (5) to contact you about the products and services that we offer.
Disclosure of Personal Information to Third Parties
We will not disclose any personal information to any third party (excluding our contractors to whom we may provide such information for the limited purpose of providing services to us and who are obligated to keep the information confidential), unless (1) you have authorized us to do so; (2) we are legally required to do so, for example, in response to a subpoena, court order or other legal process and/or, (3) it is necessary to protect our property rights related to this website. We also may share aggregate, non-personal information about website usage with unaffiliated third parties. This aggregate information does not contain any personal information about our users.
Marquette University, the United States Conference of Catholic Bishops, and the Diocese of Lincoln all request aggregate information from Feminine Genius Ministries. This information is used, but not limited to, advancement in natural family planning efficacy and satisfaction.

Feminine Genius Ministries, like many other commercial sites, may use a standard technology called "cookies" to collect information about how our site is used. Cookies were designed to help a website operator determine that a particular user had visited the site previously and thus save and remember any preferences that may have been set. We may use cookies to keep track of information about your current web browsing session which will be discarded as soon as you log out or close your web browser. This information also allows us to statistically monitor how many people are using our site and for what purpose. We may also make use of “persistent or memory based” cookies, which remain on your computer’s hard drive until you delete them. Feminine Genius Ministries uses the services of Google Analytics, and may use other similar services, to collect and analyze statistical data about visitors to our website. These analytic and advertising services do not collect personally identifiable information. How We Protect Information Online
We exercise great care to protect your personal information. This includes, among other things, using industry standard techniques such as firewalls, encryption, and intrusion detection. As a result, while we strive to protect your personal information, we cannot ensure or warrant the security of any information you transmit to us or receive from us. This is especially true for information you transmit to us via email since we have no way of protecting that information until it reaches us. Choosing to send a text message via SMS or other messaging services (iMessage, etc.) places your private information at risk of being compromised, and choosing to contact your instructor in this way indicates you assume responsibility for any breach of data privacy.
In addition, we limit Feminine Genius Ministries employees and contractors' access to personal information. Only those employees and contractors with a business reason to know have access to this information. We educate our employees about the importance of maintaining confidentiality of customer information.
We review our security arrangements from time to time as we deem appropriate.
How can you help protect your information?
If you are using the Feminine Genius Ministries member portal for which you registered and choose a password, we recommend that you do not divulge your password to anyone. We will never ask you for your password in an unsolicited phone call or in an unsolicited email. Also remember to sign out of the Feminine Genius Ministries website and close your browser window when you have finished your work. This is to ensure that others cannot access your personal information and correspondence if others have access to your computer.
Feminine Genius Ministries, LLC Intellectual Property
The Site and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by [Owner of Website] and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property or proprietary rights laws.
Sharing of login information with unregistered participants, copying of protected content, or other infringement on the integrity of Feminine Genius Ministries’ property will result in immediate termination of access to the site, and any follow up registration will be immediately forfeited, without refund.
We may terminate your access to the Site, without cause or notice, which may result in the forfeiture and destruction of all information associated with your account. All provisions of this Agreement that, by their nature, should survive termination shall survive termination, including, without limitation, ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.
Newsletter and method updates
Marquette University is regularly seeking to advance the practice of natural family planning. Updates are provided via newsletter, member portal document changes, and social media postings. You may opt in to newsletter reception by the signing of this agreement. You may unsubscribe at any time, but in doing so, acknowledge you may not be updated with method changes. Member portal access is limited to those who have current follow up with an instructor, and choose to not purchase follow up or to seek clarification assumes your responsibility in the event errors are made due to lack of information.
Efficacy of Natural Family Planning
Natural Family Planning is not 100% effective nor does Marquette Model claim to have 100% efficacy. Even the best practice can result in pregnancy. By signing this document, you absolve the instructor of any legal fault, responsibility, or legal consequences, if a pregnancy occurs.
We are committed to the best instruction possible and regularly seek quality control measures and continued education. Each unintended pregnancy is evaluated and taken seriously for future method changes and recommendations.
Nursing License
The instructors working with Feminine Genius Ministries, LLC are nurses licensed in the state of Nebraska. For clients who live in Nebraska or other compact states, the instructors can function as nurses under this license.
For clients who live in states outside of the compact, the instructors are providing education and acting as non-medical natural family planning instructors. This precedent has been set by many other natural family planning methods such as Couple to Couple league or the Creighton Model system which do not require healthcare professionals to teach the respective NFP methods.
Ongoing changes to conditions
The company reserves the right to change these conditions from time to time as it sees fit and your continued use of the site will signify your acceptance of any adjustment to these terms. If there are any changes to our privacy policy, we will announce that these changes have been made on our home page and on other key pages on our site. If there are any changes in how we use our site customers' Personally Identifiable Information, notification by email or postal mail will be made to those affected by the change. Any changes to our privacy policy will be posted on our site 30 days prior to these changes taking place. You are therefore advised to re-read this statement on a regular basis.
If I am taking a Natural Family Planning Course (not Cycle Awareness 101), I understand that I must complete the registration form on Feminine Genius Ministries website prior to completing this course. If I fail to complete the registration form, my access to the course may be suspended.
Registration on the FGM website is not required for Cycle Awareness 101.
I understand that this course is not medical advice. I understand it is my responsibility to reach out to my instructor and/or healthcare provider with any questions I have during or after this online course.
I understand that giving my login access to another person, except my spouse or future spouse, will result in immediate termination of my access to this course, to the member portal, and to any follow up, without a refund.
Access to the course is active for one year from the date of purchase. After one year, the course must be purchased again in order to have access.
